Very rude staff here! I witnessed them banging and yelling aggressively at the door of the family changing room while members of the family were in the middle of changing their clothes because the mother allegedly needed to pay to use the pool - even though the mother was adamant that she wasnt going to go into the pool, she wanted to just stand at the side to look out for her baby daughter whilst her daughter would be swimming (with the rest of the family). I understand needing to abide by your company policies but the aggressiveness was rather frightening and I recall as the door swung open one of the young girls in the changing room was in the middle of pulling her pants up and she looked absolutely mortified when the staff burst in, we locked eyes and she looked scared and embarrassed. I hope your staff learn to treat people with dignity and respect.

Based on my last visit as a day pass! Free parking outside in the car park! The gym Is well equipped. Loads of cardio, pin loaded, plate loaded and free weights with a functional area. The equipment is all pretty good. The changing area well it needs to have someone to clean the floor at least! It was very dirty prime place for bacteria to party! I asked to borrow one of their keys for the lockers inside the changing room but they wanted 2.50! Also asked to use a towel same thing again! Pretty mediocre especially with the locker if they are so hard up on their keys tags a deposit etc. I had to use the lockers outside the changing room which you can use by putting a pin in. They should very at least have these inside the changing rooms also! The sauna is nice but gets very busy and a lot of members inside talk absolute nonsense! Not that the gym can control this! Overall 3 stars they need to put those pin lockers inside the changing rooms!
