        I have been trying for 10 days to contact the after sales rep and received no response - I have text, phoned his mobile and left messages at the officce - I have already been waiting for a month for an answer to the problem - even the initial transaction resulted in problems as their online payment system would not work.

        Appalling customer service - the machine they sent was missing its power cord, so I tried contacting them, only to be told (eventually, after several phone calls and emails that were totally ignored) that their customer service department was closed for a week. The agent I spoke to via online chat then ended the chat session without asking whether they had actually solved my problem (they hadn't).

        I placed an order since 8/6/18. I have not heard from British Sewing Centre but have called and was promised a delivery date of 15th or 18th. Today is the 19th. I sent an email...no reply. I don't think they have the item in stock and no one feels the need to show customer care.
