Very rude reception, same rude lady everytime, starting to get very tired of it as when you call they are the first contact you have with the surgery really let's the place down to be honest and if the clinic want too know the name of this lady I can't as she just refused to give me her name as she hung up on me again, but she on reception this morning as I type 2nd May 2023

I have been at Theobald Street surgery for many many years since living in Borehamwood for 69 years. During this time everything has changed either for better or worse. However, since the practice has been taken over I have nothing but praise for the staff and doctors even during this time of nhs upheaval .

I had previous trouble with GP's when I moved to another county and so wrote off all other GP's because of a doctor (not in hertfordshire by the way). I moved back to Borehamwood and picked the gp that was closest to me as all the reviews were pretty equal. Well this practice is incredible! My youngest had a possible allergic reaction and speaking to the receptionist was such a pleasant experience- they were very patient with me and booked my youngest in for an appointment the very same day. The appointment with the doctor was great, they listened to my concerns about my youngest and made me and my youngest feel very at ease with the whole situation. I used to be nervous about going to the doctors because of past experiences but now I will not hesitate to contact the gp if I do have a medical concern. Thank you manor view practice for making my child and I feel at ease
