Management is an art. Unfortunately manager at Borehamwood has no idea about being incharge of a store eith long history. Manger should give services and support their customers with out challenging them. Recently I called to exchange an item which was bought last month because of practicallity problem. Anyway I can not use the product and wasted my money.

i bought a 150 game chair, put it together, wasn't suitable, the day after we went to return it and exchange it for a different model, but my daughter and i couldn't fit the legs back in the box, the manager refused point blank to help me, advise me, just try to do something to help a customer not wasting 150, yes i got upset, but he was unhelpful, spiteful, the girl in the branch tried to help us putting the legs back in the box, the manager did nothing but telling me what T&C says, went to another branch where they were very helpful and together we took the legs apart and return the chair no problem, i wish he gets treated in the same way if he has a problem with an expensive purchase which he wants to return, yes, technically he was on the right but instead than a solid NO, he could have say something like "lets see if we can take those legs apart so we can exchange it",(notice the shop was almost deserted in that moment, not like he was busy) my daughter and i were scared to brake something by pulling to hard, the other Argos helped! the knew what to do! so the manager was incompetent or couldn't care less to help a customer or both, he was just happy for me to waste 150 instead than just advise or help me, ill take the matter as further as i can you can be sure of that!
