        Booked a hotel in Bristol for 2 nights. But needed to go a week later. BUYAGIFT BASTXRDS WILL NOT ALLOW , SO DONT USE THEM. ALSO IN THE PAST COULD NOT GET ANY DATES FROM OTHER HOTELS EXCEPT WITH THE NEW "CON" WHICH IS YOU CAN BOOK IF YOU PAY A SURCHARGE. DISGRACEFUL

        WARNINg DO NOT USE. I completely agree with all other Reviews of Buyagift do not use them , book direct. Bought two spa vouchers, one for Rena Spa at St Pauls and by mistake the other at The City branch easily done both 99 each. We turned up at St. Pauls for our spa day. The City would not transfer our voucher to St.Pauls we didnt have our spa day. The spa would only transfer us if Buyagift gave their blessing. We provisionally booked another day at St.Pauls and I then spent days and hours trying to speak (haha) you cant talk to anyone, only online chat trying to sort it out. It never happened, Buyagift said that the spa needed to sort it. I ended up spending a further 90 with St.Pauls for us to get our spa day. Never ever again As said before they are a complete scam.

        I received a buyagift voucher for my birthday for a high tea I contacted and said I would like the vegetarian option which I paid An extra 19.98 they then sent me the wrong code and since then I have tried to ring and email but no one answers anyything I shall carry on but as far as I am.concerned they are just a bunch of crooks this company seems to use the online shopping as a way of remaining anonymous whilst taking your money

        Utter scam. Impossible times and dates making it almost impossible to book and really far away from any location. Poor quality of venues bad reviews and just a complete misconception Of service and quality Dont fall for this rubbish save your money and book yourself direct with venues as this is a complete scam

        I dont know how this company are still going, the reviews on Facebook says it so. They have taken my and my friends money and I am without a code that works, over 3 weeks of time wasting emails and Im now ignored. Trading standards need to investigate this dreadful rip off company. AVOID!!!!
