Ive using this local Morrisons daily for first time! I needed to leave a parcel linked with yodel! The manager came as clearly the other member of staff was may be new and she was needed help, so the lady called Subha came and asked usual I start giving the QR code, but unfortunately the scanner didnt picked it up from 1st time, so she said to me I will try one more time and if this time nothing prints , I wont do it anymore , so she scanned it again and nothing!!! I kindly asked her to do it manually, but her answer was Ive done it twice , it wont change anything as the number is the same I had to explain to her that it happened before and if she tried manually, will happen, so unwillingly she tried and happened, unfortunately that wasnt the problem! I am dealing with customers all the time And the reputation means a lot to me, so when I saw her how she putting the label covering the QR & BARCODE, Ive explained to her that yodel having a problem scanning the barcode if is covered and she said we doing it this way ,sorry I was in shock !!! Ive asked her again and explain how to do it ,and her answer was Im not stupid and if I start telling you all my experience in this store with the manager called Subha it will take ages and I dont want to be picky, but I didnt have that customer service for such a long time ! Hopefully, you wont need something that she is not aware how to be done, so when you try to help , youll be blamed !
