        In general, the range of Draytek routers is good. More recently, we have had some frustrating issues crop up but deal with Tech Support to resolve them

        Unfortunately raised a case with the support desk, the case lasted 2months without resolution, long period of silence from the support desk despite numerous communications asking for an update and providing all the information requested. I was happy to and did complete all the tests asked of me. Then 2 weeks of silence with multiple chase emails and calls to receive an email 'Your case has been closed, please provide feedback'. Left feedback asking for a manger to call me, and also emailed asking for a manger to call me, nothing. No reply from them at all about any of it. Overall I can't recommend contacting them for support, if you purchase DrayTek equipment do so through another re-seller, at least that way you have someone to converse with if you have any issues.
