TechRealm PC builds upgrades and repair

I needed help changing the battery on my slimline laptop. Joe responded quickly and helped confirm the right one to buy. (He is also checked if there was a more cost effective way to solve the issue). Joe did a same day repair and clean and even picked it up and dropped it off as I was recovering from surgery. His service was fast, professional and friendly and I would definitely recommend him!

Try to beat this service! My story I was frustrated with my pc not going to start tried to fix it myself but no success ... then I contact the expert 20 minutes before closing schedule ... and magic happened he accepted to drop the pc in last minutes and 3h later my pc was done ( indeed I was lucky that u had the spare part ready) but try to beat this kind off service! My experience with TechRealm was great! Im still in the process of learning about PCs and after a bad DIY job, Joe was really helpful in getting my PC back on track. He was clear on what needed to be done and quickly and efficiently replaced my CPU, put in a new power supply and tidied up the whole tower. He kept me updated on his progress throughout and was able to have everything sorted in a few hours. Great service and will definitely be looking to work with TechRealm again in the future.

I needed a gaming pc for my son and managed to find Joe from eBay. I contacted him and discussed what I needed, he quickly understood and we made an arrangement. It took him a bit of time to configure but he delivered as what was discussed and I could even say better than what I expected. I can highly recommend Joe as a man of his word and what is more important than the computer is the after sale support. He helped me over the phone and made sure everything met my expectations and for this I am very grateful and will be a repeating customer God willing.
