Awful service. On the website I completed contact information and giving full details requesting call back. No one replied to email or called. I called after a week and explained the problem. He asked for all my details only to tell me they don't do domestic service. It was a great ploy to keep me on the phone as it is a premium number. Sharks.

I booked a repair on my machine and the company sent and engineer who repaired the machine. Unfortunately I have now got exactly the same problem 6 months and 6 days after the original review. Espresso Services have said their guarantee is for 6 months only and despite the same problem coming back have refused to offer any further support. So I have spend 120 for a 6 month fix. Terrible customer service and clearly aren't bothered once they are paid. Avoid

Booked an engineer to fix a sage espresso machine for a fixed fee. Engineer found that I needed both boilers and the PCB replaced. Waited for replacement parts for three months repeatedly told they were waiting for Sage . Eventually I rang Sage myself, to find out that they do not supply parts to third parties, only customers. I also suspect the parts were too expensive for them to honour the fixed fee contract and brushed me off with the excuse that they were waiting for Sage. Complete waste of time, I'm now having to look for another engineer...

I booked this company for a repair of our SAGE coffee machine. Initially they were a bit slow and I got frustrated but I think then the managers got involved. They took on board what I was saying and then pulled out all the stops to fix our machine the next day and deliver it immediately. I felt that they identified their process issues and addressed them which was impressive. I would definitely use them again.
