        Great first appointment. I was recommended to see Dr. Niral by a friend and definitely someone I'd recommend to others just based on this one appointment. Took the time out to explain the diagnosis and even carried out some treatment and was very patient with all my questions. God bless.

        Due to a RTA I have spent thousands of pounds over the years on treatments, these practitioners that just took my money.I got no results and very poor treatment.Since meeting Adam my life has changed a great deal.He listens to what you have to say and he supports you well after appointment has finished with a care plan.He is angel with healing hands. My life has improved a great deal and I am truly grateful that I can have a little normality in my life with reduced pain.

        I checked out another chiropractor before I came to Adam. They charged the same for only 10 minutes treatment, and the first appointment they only assessed me, but gave me no treatment. Adam's treatment lasts for 20 minutes, and he begins treatment from the very first consultation. He is brilliant. I privately call him magic man because he seems to magically and effortless find the points which need treament. He has inspired a lot of confidence and trust in me. I can not recommend him highly enough.
