To start with, the hotplates keeping the food hot were at too low a temperature, so our meals were on the colder side of warm but after speaking to the manager, who was so lovely, he turned the temperature up, ordered the kitchen to replace all the food with piping hot, just freshly cooked ones, and after apologising, insisted we get a completely new meal, which was beautiful. He also discounted our bill and gave free desserts also. He was amazing! Bless him, he didn't even usually work at that branch. Our waitress for the evening, Christina, was so attentive and helpful also. I love this place and the staff. They simply can't do enough in order for you to enjoy your meals. 5 stars from me. Well done, guys!

Went to a Toby Carvery never went to a Toby Carvery before. To be honest, the food was fantastic the service was even better Kelly was so nice. She even explained to me what a carvey was and how to order and made our evening of my mums 50th birthday so special and I'm really fussy when it comes to food and this place is amazing thank you again Kelly!!!
