Spent my time reading reviews and decided to try Prolux Cleaning. The booking process was easy and straightforward as was the payment process. They confirmed the booking the day before and advised when the cleaner was likely to arrive. On the day of the clean, their representative arrived punctually and on time and got straight to work. He had two sofas, stair and landing carpets, and two bedroom carpets, which hadn't been cleaned for years and had seen better days as we have pets. He got straight to work and we were quite frankly stunned by the results. The carpets look like new, the results on the sofa were equally outstanding. He was polite and friendly throughout and took his time to deliver outstanding results.
