Appalling service provided. First time coming to the club and no explanation as to parking or anything and then was spoken to rudely on arrival and we were not having the help that was needed as again it was our first time! Then our membership cards were taken away from us so spoke to manager as to why and he explained it better than the first person we spoke to on reception! Expensive for what it was and how many tickets we got! Then to top it off there was no chips with the meals and every single meal had chips with it, then they were expecting us to pay 8 something for just a burger and werent allowed to swap it with anything else, so me and my mum had to buy a packet of crisps and some chocolate in the end and had to get something to eat after which was about 9:30 or later than that after we have eaten! Just wasnt a very good service and your staff were no help and were spoken to rudely and with no respect. Will not be coming again!
