Pharmacy opening hours are different from store.

Utterly useless as a pharmacy - opening hours are stated as open until 8pm but the pharmacy is shut well before then and the staff in the store said they do not have the authority to let you buy any medicines (that are for sale) which are kept behind the pharmacy counter. Should not be saying they are open until 8pm!!

Appalling service. Very bad organisation. They forget to order your prescription and then blame you for not doing it. Almost every time I have to go and ask for an emergency supply. But last time I was refused the emergency supply even though it was them who didn't order in time in the first place. They sent me to my surgery to get the prescription knowing that the surgery can't give emergency supplies. Two hours to get my medication after contacting 111.

Rude staff from my experience. I squirted out a tiny blob of some random 4 skincare product, which had a try me next to it, so I thought it was also another try me product. Suddenly, a woman grabs my shoulder and screams HOW DARE YOU in front of the whole shop, acting like I did something personally to her. She then started calling backup and proceeded to tell me off like some teacher. When the back up came they asked if I was paying for it, as the first woman worker gave me dirty looks. l said I wasnt planning to, I didnt even say no, and they said wait here (so I did) and then they left me with some irritating cream in my hand for 15 minutes without out telling me theyre not coming back. Not to mention, the shop has almost little to none selection unlike the other boots Ive been too. Overall, I probably wont be coming back.
