I've been to that place for at least 2 years and everytime I was really happy. I now live in Watford and travel to Borehamwood every 2 months to get my eyebrows done and bikini waxing. This is to tell you how I used to love this beauty salon. However last Saturday turned into a nightmare. First of all, I asked for a bikini waxing. I ended up having a sort of bresilian or botched Hollywood. I'm used to waxing for more than 20 years. I could feel something painful and didn't like it. The day after, I woke up with blisters and terrible rash. Monday morning, had to go to the GP, called in sick at work. Gp prescribed me an anti fungus cream.Then I called Wow to explain what happened as I didn't want to leave a bad review on line.The lady didn't care a lot, told me the typical " we're sorry to hear that" and that she will call her manager. She called me back asking for pictures of the genital area to check if I was lying. Obviously I didn't want to send her those pictures. Terrible customer service. Will never go back. Just to let you know, I didn't expect free treatments but sincere apologies. Do I have to pay for this as well? Services: Waxing, Eyebrow shaping, Body waxing, Eyebrow beautification
