This branch has no consideration for asthma sufferers which is unfortunately instilled by the new manager regardless of explaining to him about personal health conditions

Donot use their ATM Machines as they are faulty....pay out LESS than amount and receipt given 3 people were conned whilst I also lost 10.00 and the staff at Metrobank refuse to do anything about it.

Went to the bank 2 weeks ago to request a cheque book. The guy at the desk clearly didnt send it as it was meant to be with me within a few days. A week later called metro and asked to send another cheque book, its now been another week the cheque book still hasnt been delivered and actually I dont think its ever been sent. Surely thats not such a difficult job to do now Ive had to delay my payment by 2 WEEKS because the guy at the desk cant do his job properly

Went to open account today, was recommended by others to use metro bank - quickly seated with a advisor.. that's as far as the good experience went!! The customer advisor had no customer service, could not answer questions I had about services being recommended by her with an attitude that showed she would rather be elsewhere other than work!! Avoid and use another bank instead like I ended up doing.
