        I for one am glad that some premises are still sticking to the covid awareness precautions and allowing only a certain amount of people in at any one time. So good for Santander and the helpful staff at the door. On a general Santander topic but not Borehamwood specifically, It was my first time ever contacting by phone customer service, issue was given a reference number which was texted to me and two days later a confirmation text to confirm completion of issue. So
