Terrible, staff very rude( repeating the same thing all over again and not actually answering the question) and some helpful ( one week ago said they can help) some just want to blame everything on corona virus( few days later they cant). The ONLY high street bank that cannot facilitate my change of name due to the coronavirus, all my other bank accounts updated within the last 24 hours.

Problem with long queues. It would help if customers were told to write out their pay in slips before they get to the counter not at the counter. Could also do with a extra cashier. Maybe have a fast service cashier (for payments in only ) so waiting time can be reduced. Staff generally friendly
