        Denisa and Andrei were an amazing team and they helped me a lot. Advised me about my mental health and reminded me of coping techniques. Overall I would say they made the ambulance service very proud.

        Gabriella and razvan were really kind and supportive and made me feel comfortable and at ease. Really important when in a situation where mental health is involved. I couldn't of asked for better paramedics.

        We use Mars secure transport on several occasions to take patients to hospital, the lead ambulance person Gabriella is polite, and understands the needs of the patient, very professional a great asset to the company

        Absolutely without a doubt the best people to have, made me feel human, listened to, and valued, having them during my hospital admission was littererly a life saver,, thank you, the ladies and gents last night are a credit to your company, definitely more helpful than actual MH nurses I've been seeing, the smiles, jokes and overall kindness, made a huge difference for me
