Edit: thanks for your response. They wont let you buy anything more than fuel or cigarettes from the night pay window. I understand why you have to shut the store to the public but that wasnt what I was saying. there was more than one member of staff so it against your policy which is to serve all stock via the hatch when more than one member of staff is working.
