I bought a car (fiat tipo) back in January 2022! The car seemed great and they really sold it to me! I was only 21 so I was sold! The car was gleaming and brand new . The first time I washed the car all scratches and marks appeared obviously they had just touched them in so it looked perfect! . Also they had ensured me they had taxed my vehicle I had given them my card to pay for it. I then found out 4 months down the line they had taxed the wrong vehicle so I was driving with void insurance and tax for over 4 months ! I have recently sold the vehicle after months of them saying nothing was wrong with my vehicle! Where in fact it was faulty and had a faulty gear box ! I was told to start with there was nothing wrong ! I chose to get a second opinion and said I need to take it back to fiat straight away ! They then agreed something was wrong and making a loud noise! Took months for them to sort. After over a month of work I said would they buy the vehicle back off of me they said to me well we would give you a really low valuation because the car is faulty even tho the car was under warranty so they would be fixing it either way! I would never buy a fiat again and if this garage was the last garage on earth I would NEVER BUY OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE ! DO NOT BUY FROM FIAT MOTORVOUGE BEDFORD !

After test driving the Ioniq 5 elsewhere and not being impressed with those particular dealerships we went to Motorvogue Hyundai. We received excellent, friendly and professional treatment, throughout. A special thanks to Gary, Luke and Sammy for their invaluable help and support. The car is fantastic! UPDATE APRIL 2023 First service carried out. Well looked after. The extras had not arrived but this was all sorted out promptly and they will be fitted at our convenience. Loving our Ioniq 5. Every passenger remarks on its comfort and ability.
