Offered a certain amount which I accept. Then I'm told by Kerry from Scotland over the phone that my car is a non runner and the brakes have seized. I ask how she knows this and am told it's been cold recently.... I promptly go straight out and video me starting it first time and the brakes working perfectly. They call back offer me 30% of their previous offer as it's a non runner... dead battery means non runner apparently which it doesn't even have as it started fine!! I tell lady number 2 this on the phone and she puts me on hold. She comes back and says their measly offer stands (how can a non runner be the same as a car that starts and drives well??) Told them that it sounded suspicious and I'd go elsewhere. Strongly advise only using these as a last resort and even then I would not advise. Many other more reliable places around. If I could give it 0/5 I would. Will try lure you in with a price 10% above others and will then tell you over the phone how terrible your car is without any knowledge of its condition. She genuinely sounded upset when I said i had two keys and two fobs. Snakes!!!

Waste of time. They offered me 4000 by estimated quotation and the said they pay what they say. Then by call she said me we can only offer 2000 because your car category s but this absolutely rubbish because when you do the estimated quotation the system know my car is category s all what I can say they are lied to me.

So unprofessional, offer me 20% of the price for my car, less that 50% of the smallest price quote received from other dealers. Then they bombard you with email with no Unsubscribe option which is against the consumer act and GDPR
