Dean and Charles were a delight from the initial call to completion of the work. They inspected my roof to ensure it was safe to put up anti pigeon spikes and then completed the work quickly and efficiently. I was kept informed at all stages and they kept to the brief, even going out of their way to inform me of some roof defects while they were working. I would highly recommend Mallum a great company. Dean was really helpful from initial call to completion of the work ( record time I might add!) and extremely well priced - had a pigeon caught behind the fireplace which dean had out and released back into the wild within 5 mins of arrival , he then fitted new chimney cowls for me. Really insightful and exceptionally polite and courteous. Would deffo use again cheers dean ! Services: General wildlife removal, Home inspection

I have used Malum several times for bird control products and every experience has been extremely positive. Dean is passionate about his trade and I found him knowledgeable about legislation and practises and professional at all times. Dean and his team are always polite and work to a very high quality.
