My Aunt spent two years in this home before she died. The staff were lovely, very friendly and welcoming. You felt as though you were part of a family. They all made my aunt's stay very pleasant, always managing to pass the time of day with you. Tony even made a trough in the garden, and put up a greenhouse, so that my aunt could continue her love of gardening. The grounds are kept beautifully, and there are lots of lovely places to sit outside in the summer. The more able residents are taken to the village hall coffee mornings and also on outings to garden centres and other places of interest. There are jigsaws to do in the lounge, games organised and music sessions. If you can't be at home, this is the next best thing!
