The Bodyworks Massage

Ive been weightlifting for 20 years and over the past 6 months Ive been in increased pain in pretty much my whole body. Dave was recommended to me but I was hesitant as have never liked the idea of massage and was dubious about its effectiveness. How wrong I was. After a first intense session on my back the relief was off the scale. So good I then went for knees and legs and am now having regular maintenance sessions. I am again hitting PBs in the gym and am no longer in pain. Dave is a really nice guy. He knew I was nervous but immediately put me at ease. I thoroughly recommend

Ive been seeing Dave now for around 4 weeks and the improvement on my lower back is pretty unbelievable. Working in construction my back has took some punishment over the years and Ive seen multiple people to try to sort it. Dave takes the time to work on the areas causing the back pain rather than just massage my back for an hour and then sending me away. I would highly recommend bodyworks massage.

Vicky is absolutely amazing, she knows exactly what you need and works wonders! Knots were found I never knew I had, and I woke up today feeling amazing. The best massage I have had genuinely! Location is fantastic and easy to find. I wont go anywhere else now - Thankyou!

After 15 months working from home and terrible neck pain the sports massage from Vicky has worked wonders. I can now sleep well and am totally comfortable. Vicky was amazing, very professional and a lovely lady. This was my first ever massage, I was made to feel extremely comfortable and everything was explained in detail. I 100% recommend.
