We arrived after 10pm and the lady we found was helpful however struggled to find our booking then the owner had to assist. When we got to the family 4 bed room there were only 3 beds made up so had to swop rooms. The hotel looks as if it has been a care home. The reception area may look nice when you drive up but we had an idea what the hotel would be like when we parked around the back. The rooms are dated and dont look like the photos and the bathroom wasnt clean (wee on the toilet seat). The only saving grace was that we needed to leave at 4am so were up and out. I would never stay there again or recommend. Rooms: Unclean bathroom and dated rooms which dont look like the pictures. Over priced. We had to get to our room through a door which said dont enter - danger which seemed odd.
