Only use this person if you want your pieces coming back with more damage than when you handed them to him. Vase with small scratch came back with bigger scratch on opposite side, returned to have this polished out and and now it has come back with a 'shell' knock which won't be fixable. Shocking. 3/2/22 I see that you have now responded to my review. Are you really suggesting that when I first handed the vase to your representative at Kempton that I chose to have one scratch repaired but decided to leave another? Don't be ridiculous. Your representative also went through the work with me at the time so please don't suggest that repairing your own mistake free was some kind of favour. You are quite correct that I accepted the vase when it came back the second time. It was at Kempton, I had a queue of people behind me and I only looked to see if the second scratch had been fixed. It was only when I took the vase completely out of the bubble wrap that I could see that you had damaged it yet again. Your response to my review will hopefully show others that you are interested only in avoiding responsibility for your carelessness and lack of professionalism. My advice is to avoid this company.
