From our first call showing an interest in the car, to arriving 3 hrs later to view it, we were treated very professionally. The information provided about the car was extremely thorough. Fraser couldn't have been more helpful, advising where to go for lunch whilst he arranged an M.O.T to enable us to drive the car home the same day. Nothing was too much trouble. Dishonest and deceitful car dealers. Sold me a car that broke down four months after purchase. Purchased extended RAC warranty with the vehicle but the breakdown was not covered under the warranty because it was as a result of poor oil condition sold with the car. This was the official verdict of the RAC Warranty investigation. Oakleaf Automotive unable to provide evidence they did a service or oil change prior to my purchase. Oakleaf are ignoring all of my correspondence politely asking to cover the costs of breakdown. Currently going through the RAC to investigate Oakleafs integrity as an RAC approved dealership. Was without a car for a total of 9 weeks while awaiting my RAC warranty claim to be investigated only to be told I had to pay for the repair because it was caused by dirty oil. Not what you expect 4 months after buying from an RAC approved dealer with their multiple checks which clearly were not carried out. AVOID THIS DEALER
