        This was our first time using Renescent and it won't be the last, so very friendly. I was a little dubious reading the reviewer of the 1 star rating. Surely, as doggie lovers it is our responsibility to keep our dogs groomed the best we can until the professionals take over and if this means a very short cut then so be it, the welfare of our pets has to come first. At the end of the day it does grow back. So I say a big thank you for a great professional service and we will of course return, in fact we have booked our pooch in right up to Christmas
