Over-priced, seriously over-priced. Cheaply made. Examples, kind of hob that stopped being installed 50 years ago. A mix of satin and Matt paint used on same walls, carpets barely meet gripper rod so are fraying, where woodwork pulling away from walls a smear of polyfilla, not smooth, not same colour, spread over crack which cracked immediately again but now looks a real mess...I could go on
