Alina Homecare Colchester

I came across Alina Home Care quite by chance - or, my wife did when a colleague told her about Harriett and 'her agency'. My wife called Harriett and told her of our problem with getting weekend carers from our main agency who provide morning and evening carers. By the way, I am very happy with my main agency, who, just had problem finding me suitable weekend carers. Anyway, we asked Harriett if she could come to shadow my 2 evening carers for 2 days in a row, and then come and provide care to me the same weekend. She agreed to all of that without any hesitation. Harriett came for the next 3 weekends and one extra week evening when the carer who was supposed to come one the same evening couldnt do it due to sudden illness. We asked Harriett if she was available that evening and she said yes without a moments hesitation. The idiom: cometh the hour cometh the man (girl) comes to mind. I know that the Colchester branch of Alina Home Care is a very young and fledgling agency in need of both staff and clients. I am sure that soon they will have plenty of both, and that Harriett will lead them in the right direction. i would recommend Alina Homecare to everyone. this is an absolutely fantastic company to work for. Alina invest in their staff from day one. from my interview to starting my job was a smooth procedure. i was given all the relevant training i need to carry out my role and there are endless opportunities for me to progress. working for Alina is like working for my family. Everyone is so friendly and supportive and you are never made to feel undermined. My office manager is amazing and always has time to show me how to do things if i am unsure of what i need to do. i cannot praise this company enough
