The staff treated terrible and residents even worse all down to Caroline Hunt
Homes was closed due to poor actions and conditions for residents one of them was my mum

No money to pay the staff as there is an embargo on this home currently unable to accept residents into their care! Well that decision clearly isnt made lightly!
Stop making excuses and hold your hands up!
So glad the authorities are putting a stop to this.
