DO NOT USE TRADER AT ALL COSTS. Promises not kept - the leak is actually worse now with further internal damage. They have capped not replaced fascias/soffits as agreed. No replies from Rob for 2 months. Had 2nd opinion from another roofer, they informed as poor quality/fraudulent work. Had a uPVC fascia they had installed removed and our original rotten timber was still in place. While they appear to have a lot of satisfied customers on checkatrade (real reviews??), they are not a trustworthy trader please do check other negative reviews carefully. Services: Roof inspection, Roof damage repair, Gutter repairs
