        Beautiful gardens with connecting ponds. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable well stocked nursery and lovely cafe with an outside area too.

        Playground: There isn't one. I wouldn't recommend this place for young children, there's large ponds with no barriers. Restrooms: There's toilets at the entrance including a disabled one. The soap by the sinks is also sold in the shop, and they have disposable paper towels and electric hand dryers. Dog-friendliness: No dogs allowed except guide dogs. Picnic area: By the caf at one end of the shaded plants marquee there's a spot with picnic tables.

        The weather was not good, cold and wet, but it couldn't spoil the lawned gardens with lakes and wildlife. Lots Spring colour.
