Had skylight fitted last year after a lot of rain it's leaking contacted FV promised to send somebody around someone turned up and said would arrange to get sorted, after several no shows we have contacted several times with promise it would be done, today not turned up as raining. Hopefully tomorrow. Wouldn't use again. Or recommend

Just had an old polycarbonate conservatory roof replaced with glass. The two fitters were here for two days & were courteous & condsiderate at all times. They worked really hard did a really great job. FV have provided an excellent service & we think the job done was very good value for money. Our conservatory looks almost like new! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone & we will certainly be calling them again for replacement windows and doors in the future.

Lets hope your building work is better than your driving - beautifully undertook me today before pulling into the 'space' in front of me that wasn't big enough for your van. Just dangerous. Then proceeded to sit 2ft from the car in front for the rest of the trip. Solid work, you asshat.

They took money for renovations, and we are still waiting for it to be started 12+ months later. Start dates have been changed several times, and you have to chase them for updates. I appreciate covid caused setbacks originally, but with it being more than a year since agreeing to the work, it is not acceptable practice. In response to the owner: Over the past last couple of months, emails and voicemails have been sent. You don't respond to anything.
