Please don't go anywhere near Hobbyking Use a reputable company they take your money and don't send your items .Trying to get a refund is a massive challenge

I bourght battery from Hobbyking, tried to charge ,charger shows 1 cell faulty, send 16 emails with videos and photos to hobbyking they recond didn't got my emails. Been faithful customer to hobbyking for over 10 years now buying from other companies. I don't know what changed but service is terrible nothing like before.

I can not believe the policy of this company. They lost the package that I ordered 6 weeks ago. I already paid it then . After so long no even one mail telling me what its going y, I contact them and they ask me to wait another month to see if they by chance get to find the package...... it the main time they refuse to send me my order and they said that in some point in the future they might give me the option of a refund or send it again....if Im lucky then 2 months later....!?!?!?! . This is the worst experience I have ever had. Worst online purchase experience. I will never order anything here.
