        Took my cat their 3years ago and I will being taken my cat their again in a couple of weeks 10 days time

        Couldn't get through to them even though I was calling before their stated closing time on a Saturday (first call was placed at 11:40 - 20 mins before their stated finish time according to Google). One person even picked up the phone (I heard them talking) then immediarely put the phone down, and then they sent me a text claiming they were closed. I kept calling, and they finally bothered to answer the phone but they said they don't take big dogs, but I can see on the website they have pictures of them with big dogs, so don't waste your time if you do have a big dog. Thankfully didn't waste my money. False advertisement and false information. Not good enough. A word of advice to you all at Brookfield - you should really update your opening and closing times on Google, it says you're open until 12 but you claim you close up before 12, so they're obviously wrong. I say this because it can be misleading to people that actually do need these services
