        I stupidly locked my keys in the boot of my car just down the road from the garage and walked up to ask advice. They dropped what they were doing and came to help me, gave me a cup off coffee and access to the phone to call the RAC. They then allowed me to hang around bothering them with inane questions until the RAC turned up to help. Thanks so much for your help on that nightmare of a day.
