Baldwin Removals

Wow! Alex and his team were truly amazing, a four day move from Molesey to Southampton. Not only did they remove all of our belongings including some very heavy and bulky items, transport them safely and quickly to our new home, but all the while during a heatwave without a single grumble or complaint. Everything arrived safely with no breakages or damage. The guys were extremely courteous and helpful. Would definitely recommend, and give them more than 5 stars if there was that as an option. Thank you so much for the excellent service.

This was a hugeley expensive service which I thought was worth while due to the nature of my work and moving with a pregnant wife. Alex appeared to care, however once the money is in their bank not too hoots are given. We now have a dining table which cannot be used because they have lost the nuts and bolts, they recommend we go and source some new ones We also have a bed with missing nuts and bolts again we have been left to source and replace these. Not quite the hastle free service we were expecting. Our sofa cushions look like a bear has taken them to into the woods and used them to clean up after whatever bears get up to in the woods. Once again we have been told to clean these ourselves. On top of this we have many broken items. The insurance company they use is absolutely awful and again take no care or pride in any service they offer. AVOID

I am so pleased with the removals service we received from Baldwins. Jake and Tom packed up our 3 bed house on day 1 quickly and efficiently always checking with us regarding our preferences. They had spare boxes / tape tohand (which we didn't know we needed !) and were both very friendly andso helpful guiding us through the process which can be very stressful and overwhelming On the actual moveday to Poole Jake and Joe were our movers and were also brilliant. They were punctual andso polite, flexible and efficient and i cannot believe how hard they worked toquickly and carefullyload /unloadour things, takingthem to each room with just the 2 of them All 3 members of the team instilled confidence and are generally lovely people.I would have no hesitation in recommending Baldwins for a seamless, professional and efficient removalsservice They were very flexible, accommodating our move despite multiple delays andchanges of dates. They were one of the only companies who visited us face toface to discuss our needs and quote a one off price with no extras and i am delighted we were able to make the dates workto move with Baldwins Thank you !

I've moved locally and internationally many times, always working with various moving companies and never has it been this easy. Upon making an initial inquiry, Alex got back to me very quickly regarding terms and quote. The service was reasonably priced (it was a local move in Surrey) and there were no hidden costs/unexpected changes to the agreement. On the day of the move the team were amazing! We had a lot of furniture in a tiny flat that all needed to be dismantled and then moved through narrow staircases to their new location where they would be assembled again. This was not an easy task but the team managed it perfectly, without a single item being scratched and maintaining professionalism and courtesy throughout. Overall it was a very relaxing moving experience thanks to the team at Baldwin, and I highly recommend them! Definitely money well spent.
