        Spoke to Kevin yesterday about an oversized delivery. No problem well sort that for tomorrow he said. The consignment is not far from him but our workshop is nearer a different branch so he says hell get the chap there to sort it out as they like to look after people locally. Unfortunately Borden branch didnt do their job and after calling Yogen a few times and getting no joy I went back to Kevin. Its now lunch time the following day and nothing. If they had only booked it yesterday as planned they wouldnt have left me and my customer in a mess. Basically don't tell the branches where you are as they play hot potato with your need and nothing gets done! What a bunch of clowns.
