More like a school setting than a nursery where small children should be having fun as well as learning, manager gives off head teacher demeanour, she can also be blunt and very meticulous about things. Classrooms are very small. Waiting to pick my child up once heard one of the workers speaking really sternly to my child about putting on jacket, didn't like her tone at all. Then when she opened the door she told me my child had been silly all day. You may have had a long day but you're getting paid to do this job don't reflect this on children you're being paid to care for. Child attends another nursery now where it's about having fun the children expressing themselves and being happy as well as learning. They do so much with them outdoors at new nursery. When joining Ladybird they tell you they go outside all weather conditions not true-- You'll always see them outside at the end of the day when they want to hurry up and get home so they put the children in the garden whilst they mop. Do not recommend.
