It usually takes a long time to get through on the phone which is frustrating but the lovely receptionists are always friendly and helpful (especially Emma & Crystal who are brilliant with the kids)

Managed to book an appt in couple of hours and prescription issued in half an hour. Been using wood lane for 6 years and couldnt fault it in anyway. Staff is very polite and professional

Nearly an hour on phone , got to no 3 and didn't move , if there's people answering the phone how is it possible not to move 1 place

This gp surgery is an absolute nightmare my partner has been off work since October 2022 she needs urgent attention or a hysterectomy she had her period that lasted 6weeks went the surgery and was told nothing can be done if these GPS all the same one thing is for sure anything happens to my partner I swear this GP will be closed permanently. This isn't a threat its a promise. Spent 4hrs in call queue place 4 for 4hours either do your job and start seeing people or I'm taking this opportunity to close you down. TAKE NOTE
