I try not to use this shop as I find them over priced and rather abrupt bordering on rude, but I needed condolence cards and my preferred shop was closed. I bought 3 at more than I would normally have paid, but the circumstances meant that price didn't really enter into it. What I did object to was the woman at the counter already talking to the person behind me about what items they wanted to buy, while I was still paying. If there's one thing I hate in shops is being talked over the top of. It's not as though it was busy in there. There was another member of staff and just the 2 of us customers and she'd literally just walked in. Call me fussy, but I'd like to finish my transaction before being dismissed. At least thank your customer before seeing if you can get more out of the next one.

Lovely shop with beautiful cards you will find no where else. The staff are very helpful and they have some beautiful gifts
