I visited and phoned the elm park shop on more than one occasion to arrange a home visit. No one ever called me back.

After this company was recommended to me for fitted wardrobes i contacted them by email and got a fast reply to arrange a home visit for Thursday 14th april. The visit went well and we discussed what we needed was showed a brochure and i was going to be sent a quote over. The visit was just before the Easter weekend so i was advised the quote would come through after the bank holiday monday. I never heard anything so on 23rd april i emailed the company to ask how the quote was coming along. I didn't get a reply. I emailed again the following week and again no reply. We are now in october and still no reply. To say i was disappointed was an understatement and find this extremely poor in terms of business.

Really do think twice before confirming anything with this company. Nothing but problems since having a bathroom fitted, rad fitted incorrectly meaning you now sit wonky on the toilet and can burn your leg when sitting down, water leak under floor boards 3 months after installation due to an incorrectly fitted pipe and other problems. A positive note, they communicate well.

My vulnerable parents wanted to replace some furniture and were keen on a brand they had seen 'Nathans'. They had already had a price from a store, well known in the Upminster area. I did a search and identified that R G Cole also supplied this brand. Whilst I had not heard of R G Cole, I made a tentative call to see what they could offer and to give my parents a comparison. It's fair to say, we never looked back! I spoke to Andy who was friendly and was able to quickly put together a package and price. This was better than the competitor's 'sale' price and the package (inc delivery and removal of old furniture) made it an easy decision. The service from everyone in store was excellent including Andy, Beverley and Jenny and the delivery men were also friendly and considerate. Mum & Dad are really pleased with their new furniture. Now I am familiar with R G Cole I would definitely look to them first next time. It's nice to see good local family run businesses still exist.
