        Do not buy from this company! I ordered Mothers Day balloons for collection from the Elm Park store, was called the following day and told that the Elm Park store would be closed so they were offering customers either delivery (could not give a time, I was due to be in and out on the day offered) or I could collect from the Dagenham store. I asked for a refund and was told that was fine. 2 weeks later I am yet to receive the refund - I have had to get the payment reversed via my bank because of this.
