Have had very positive experiences with this surgery, yes appointments aren't always the quickest but they have always tried to get my child seen ASAP when needed or provided other options. Reception staff are friendly and helpful too.

Always helpful and always do whatever they can to assist if possible.I genuinely never have a problem getting through to them, they are hugely better than many other surgeries that family members attend.

I have never once had any of my calls picked up by this surgery. every time they've spoken to me has been through 111. the calls I've had with them when they did call back were horrible experiences as it was clear that the doctor just wanted me off the phone. he didn't listen to my symptoms and pretty much accused me of lying, it's been a month since this and I've been dealing with this pain since. he promised to call me after a week to check in on my symptoms, that was 3 weeks ago

not even worth one star. i was a patient here from 2019-2020. in 2020, i was advised by a different doctors after scans that i had adenomyosis. upon going back to my original doctors when i was in agony, i asked for painkillers because i was experiencing severe pain. id been prescribed cocodamol by the other doctors previously which helped my pain. when i asked this of the rosewood doctor, i was told that i would end up a junkie and be an addict and i should just try paracetamol. his attitude was totally dismissive and hurtful, and to this day i am still anxious about doctors. this was so invalidating and upsetting, especially given that the waiting time to see a specialist was two years. i ended up leaving the appointment crying before speaking to the receptionist to let them know what he had said. after this i left the surgery, and joined one that actually cared about my well-being and pain.
