        I am putting up a review n behalf of my partner and myself. She and myself didn't receive good customer service when she attended shop. Not once did they say sorry for your lost. Looked at my wife as she wanted to take something. She made her own flowers for our daughter and when time gor funeral it was all messed up. Their excuse was it moved in the bag which is a lie. My partner handed this bag from her car to their hands and not once in the car did it all come out. So we went to funeral having notice this and this undertakers thinks its ok when it is not. We will never use this service again and will be letting the hospitals know as parents need to be aware on their lack of doing things with respect

        A truly wonderful Funeral Director, words in this review really can't begin to explain how perfect they were, in making all the arrangements for my dear mum, go so very smoothly. From the day I walked into their office in Elm Park, Hornchurch, until the actual funeral day.         Where can i start! From day 1 to the day we laid my nanny oovy to rest cribbs care and sincere professionalism was outstanding!.maddie looked after us and the lads who drove my nan in the hearse were lovely highly caring and helpfull every step of the way!
