Absolutely shocking. Ruin our entire family evening with relatives who have travelled all day and were starving. Waited over 1 hour for our food to be disappointed with them not getting our order correct. When we phoned to ask politely for our missing food (missing our veggie option therefore lady who was veggie, had no dinner) the lady who answered the phone at 7.55 she was extremely rude and shouting down the phone to the point of having to tell her to calm down so I could finish my sentence. The lady would not consider that they had got the order wrong, despite several of us hearing what was ordered. We paid over 90 for the Chinese and was hugely disappointed. The language and tone used was disgusting.

We order from here regularly when at my sisters house, food is good. However this evening we are disgusted about how rude the young lady was on the phone when we rang back as had items missing that we had ordered. We had spend 95! And they rudely declined to provide one vegetable curry that was missing from the order. We will never use them again, the girl was shouting at my sister down the phone, we could all hear her. Absolutely appalling!!!

Some bad reviews on here, but its consistently the best Chinese in the area.
