        Ive used to salon many times and I was happy with the result, however, the last 2 times were a bit of a disaster - both times I had my scalp burnt. Last April, Bianca bleached my hair and unfortunately ended up burning my scalp, also my hair wasnt bleached properly. My most recent visit was extremely disappointing as this resulted in my scalp being burnt, my hair not being light enough, and, most importantly my hair being fried which caused it to break, right before my wedding - I had my hair done by Hayley. This is extremely inconvenient. The girls were always very nice to me and I didnt want to upset anyone - when I expressed my feelings a month ago I was told nothing can be done as this was done back in November. I understand I should of said something sooner, however, there is this thing called social anxiety. I really wasnt expecting for this outcome! Now I need to spend more money to fix this mistake and actually have nice hair at my wedding. I didnt even receive an apology. Service: Hairstyling
