Ordered Black & Decker 18 volt cordless hand held vac, supposed to be delivered on 48hr courier service, didn't arrive, contacted company who said there were delays due to world wide events and to be patient as it had been dispatched. Aftet a week still no delivery, contacted company again, this time they claimed it had been lost in transit, if they knew that then why didn't they let me know. Anyway they asked if i wanted a replacement, which i did so informed them of that, two days later no response or notification of dispatch. I then contacted ebay who arranged a full refund. This may be an unfortunate isolated incident but I personally will not be using this company again or recommending them.
